RETURNS & REFUNDS 

 

Strapping Boy is all handmade and produced locally in NYC with a small quantity of stock – ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a product is deemed as defective, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it, as long as the items have not been worn and used. Please contact Strapping Boy with photos and explanation of the damaged product and we will take care of your request.

 

SHIPPING 

All items are shipped with FED EX Flat rate with a return address to Strapping Boy.  Packages will be shipped within 48hr excluding Friday orders that may take up to 3 days to ship.    

Orders will arrive in 3-5 Business Days 

Express options can be arranged  - please message details with your order and an extra charge will be applied
